Here's a quick recipe for a blueberry smoothie you can make with just a few ingredients and a Blueberry Chia bar from nomi. With our gluten-free rolled oats base, it's a quick and easy way to add a rich whole grain and fiber texture to your morning snack.

1 Blueberry Chia nomi bar

6 ounces yogurt (optional)

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)

1 banana


- Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until combined to a consistent texture.

- Add ice or more almond milk depending on taste.

- Top smoothie with blueberries and enjoy!
